A parting.
Most beloved guests, sadly Sephyros has to inform you that guitar player Jim Hemelrijk and Sephyros have parted ways. It is a pity for both parties. Sephyros wishes Jim all the best with his future undertakings.

Let us first make clear that it is not intended as an early Halloween prank, but a serious attempt to provide a little bit more information about Sephyros. In this current news item, you, our beloved visitor, are informed that our most recent band picture is now available through the info page.

An evening filled with laughter, sweat, light, darkness and razor sharp cutting hard wares, with one result like the picture below.


Updated performances.
Two new shows have been added to our tour.
Sephyros will be performing in It Koartling in Buitenpost and at Poppodium Romein in Leeuwarden.

And speaking of perfomances, Sephyros has decided to play at least one song in Frisian . The song of our choice has become "Winter Wisp". So on the lyrics page you are now able to get hold of both English and Frisian version of this song.

Due to the fact that there has been posted a picture which has made such an impact on some people, immobility and apathy were amongst the symptoms, Sephyros has decided to serve some more, and added new member pictures:

Dangerous subject sighting?

Recently the giant pictured above has regularly been sighted at Sephyros concerts and at Sephyros related dwellings.
He is in fact one of the Sephyros crew members and on more than one occasion the entire crew itself. Properly addressed with his name or title, "Tjeerd" or "Heit" respectively, a response is to be expected that can be described none other than genial.
It is to be made clear that this man causes no danger at all if he is treated with love and care.

A parting
Most beloved guests: Urged by necessity, Sephyros, needs to inform you that our bass player, Gerard van Seventer, decided to stop his activities involving Sephyros. Gerard wants to concentrate more on his private life and this was not possible to harmonize with the future engagements of the band. Though we very much regret his decision we would like to thank him for the great times we were allowed to share and wish him all the best and a lot of fulfillment with his new challenges.
